Auspost Shipping Updates

Shipping Notice

Due to current parcel volume combined with flight restrictions and workplace procedure changes in the Auspost Parcel Network, customers may experience delays in shipping.

Australia Post is keeping customers up to date with updates at https://auspost.com.au/about-us/news-media/important-updates/coronavirus/coronavirus-domestic-updates.

Our priority is our customers right now and that is why we'll be continuing to run our April Express Shipping Upgrade special throughout May. Auspost has temporarily suspended its next day network guarantee, however Express shipping will remain the fastest way to get your orders to you, so we will continue to upgrade your orders to Express shipping - just select Standard Shipping at the checkout and we'll send it via Express.

Our supply network is also being affected somewhat, with shipping from warehouses in different parts of the country to us in Canberra being affected to a degree and this is delaying dispatch of some orders at the moment. We apologise for any delays in receiving your orders at the moment and thankfully disruption has been minimal to our customers at this stage. In the mean time we'll continue to upgrade everyone to Express shipping to hopefully mitigate delays in you receiving your item/s as much as possible.

And as always - thanks for your business! We appreciate it more than we could say.

Thermofans.com.au Company Statement 30/04/2020:

We believe it's in the best interests of both the Australian community and the economy that the lock-down laws restricting trade and business be lifted by the Federal and State Governments as soon as possible. The country responded to the lock-downs well, and the predicted catastrophic overload of our health system did not eventuate and is not likely to do so going forward. Accordingly, the predicted lethality of this virus has not come anywhere near eventuating.

When new, observed data becomes available, we need to react accordingly and not remain tethered to previous predictive models which are often rendered meaningless as idle speculation by actual observed events. The longer we keep healthy people quarantined, the longer-lasting the negative effects of these drastic measures will be. Vague time-frames from Government only serve to frustrate businesses and cause anxiety among the wider community.

The vast majority of Australians are positive, hardworking people, and want to get back to their jobs. Its time to get our country back to work.
