We use Australia Post and TNT as our default delivery options in Australia and New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Both Regular and Express options for shipping are available on most items.
If an express option isn't available at checkout for your order, please contact us for an express shipping quote.
Regular Parcel Post:
Estimated delivery in 2-7 days from dispatch.
Express Post:
Estimated delivery in 1-2 days from dispatch, depending on delivery area.

TNT / FedEx:
TNT/FedEx shipping is available to capital cities. If TNT option isn't available at checkout for your location, please contact us for a quote.
Radiator Units:
Radiators attract a flat shipping fee per unit, depending on the destination state. The fee will be displayed at checkout. Radiators cannot be shipped outside of Australia.
Customer Collection / Pick Up:
Certain orders may be collected from distributor offices, depending on stock availability. See here for pickup locations. Pickup is available by request only, so please contact us to check on pickup availability in your area.
Free Shipping Offers:
By default, free shipping offers will see your items shipped by regular Auspost parcel service, unless stated otherwise.
New Zealand Customers 🇳🇿:
NZ customers can now purchase online and select shipping options at checkout. NZ currency conversion is also available via the menus at top right (desktop) and bottom (mobile) of the website. Note: Radiators cannot be shipped to NZ.
International Customers:
Contact us to place an order and get a shipping quote to your location. Note: Radiators cannot be shipped internationally.
