Warranty Claims

Genuine warranty claims must be processed through our goods return policy procedure. Before initiating a warranty claim, please avail yourself of the manufacturers warranty terms and usage/installation recommendations.

To initiate a warranty claim for your item in accordance the manufacturers warranty terms, please contact us at returns@thermofans.com.au with a description of the issue and reason for warranty claim.

Please be as detailed as possible, providing the following information:

  • Your name
  • Item product code (SKU)
  • Date of purchase
  • Order/Invoice number
  • Part installation date
  • Detailed description of problem, usage history, any remedies attempted

Once a claim has been initiated, the unit or item in question must be packaged well and returned to us using the pre-paid postage label we will provide you.

The unit will be received and sent to the manufacturer for testing. After manufacturer approval, the manufacturer, at their discretion, may repair, replace or credit the goods.
