We'd like to inform customers of shipping delays that may be occurring at this time due to Auspost parcel network congestion.
At the moment we are experiencing delays in parcels leaving Auspost parcel facilities at different times during the week, which is causing some of our shipping times to extend by 2-3 days (sometimes more). Most of the delays are occurring within the standard Auspost network, with the Express Post not being as affected, although next day guarantee is still currently suspended by Auspost.
Express postage is still the fastest way to receive your items so we encourage customers to choose Express shipping at checkout to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Coming up in October we will be offering free Express postage upgrades on all parcels with standard postage rate selected, so be sure to keep an eye on the website when that kicks off on October 1.
Please also note that recent/upcoming industrial action occurring in other parcel networks may also affect our dispatch times in the near-term if this action disrupts our suppliers' warehouse courier services. We will keep you posted on this as (or if) it develops.
