This is a short statement to provide an update on how we, like so many other businesses, are navigating the current COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) pandemic situation. As we are a fairly nimble operation we are well-situated to observe and put into practice World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendations, as well as the recommendations of the Australian Government, without causing any major disruption to our operations while at the same time protecting the health and well-being of our employees, suppliers and customers.
This is a rapidly-changing situation but for now we continue to take and fulfill orders as normal, albeit with adjusted processes internally and also in conjunction with our suppliers and couriers' new procedures. These updated procedures may cause some delays in the shipping chain, as Australia Post continue to implement new workforce protections at the parcel distribution centres, mail centres and post office outlets.
At this stage our suppliers are operating at normal capacity, but we will continue to monitor the situation and provide necessary updates as soon as possible to keep you informed of any changes that may impact supply. We also encourage anyone with questions to contact us via Email or WhatsApp.
We'd like to thank you, our wonderful customers and website visitors, for your continued support and we wish you all and your families good health in this testing time for all of us. We will get through it and emerge stronger together.
