TNT / FedEx:
TNT/FedEx shipping is available to capital cities. If TNT option isn't available at checkout for your location, please contact us for a quote. All ASA Fan Kits will be shipped via TNT Road Express.

Radiator Units:
Radiators attract a flat shipping fee per unit, depending on the destination state. The fee will be displayed at checkout. Radiators cannot be shipped outside of Australia. NOTE: Some radiator units are available by collection only.

Customer Collection / Pick Up:
Certain orders may be collected from distributor offices, depending on stock availability. See here for pickup locations. Pickup is available by request only, so please contact us to check on pickup availability in your area.

Free Shipping Offers:
By default, free shipping offers will see your items shipped by regular Auspost parcel service, unless stated otherwise.

Goods that have been incorrectly supplied, incorrectly advertised or damaged in transit can be returned at no cost to you. Pre-paid mailing options will be provided in these cases. In the case of an incorrect part ordered or a wrong-fitting part being ordered by the customer, return postage must be paid by the customer.
